The owner, Mitch, is very honest, friendly, and straightforward about any work the needs to be done. Their rates are fair and they have a great rewards program that helps to keep the costs down for future visits. They will do their best to shuttle you to work if needed. I am so grateful that my friend told me about these guys! They are amazing. First off all, they are extremely professional and personable. Even the mechanics respectfully greeted me in passing, with a genuine smile and pleasant "Hello."
I had my vehicle to two other mechanics, who replaced things I never approved, and still never fixed the problem I was having. I took my car to North Wells Service Center, and to my surprise, they did everything they could to save me money, including setting my appointment around manufacturers rebates. They also fixed ONLY what I asked them to, and when they found the problem, they told me what it was, and how much it would cost to repair it before they touched it!
To my pleasant surprise, they diagnosed the problem accurately, and I can finally feel comfortable driving my vehicle again! If you want honest, professional, timely, excellent service, this is the place to go!! I encourage ALL single women to take your vehicles here for repair. These are guys that will be honest with you!

The service performed by North Wells was first rate and timely. I asked that besides the "Road-Ready" service, they check out why the ABS light was on. When I picked up the car, I was told why the light was on and what needed to be done to correct the "problem". I liked that they were honest with me and did not try to force a repair that was not mandatory. I trust North Wells with all my automotive repair needs.

North Wells Service Center has always placed the welfare of my vehicle's longevity first. They take the time to diagnose present and future problems; and explain what, when, and why each needs to be preformed. I believe their pricing is fair, time to resolve problems expedient, and the quality of their workmanship excellent.
